The 'CRAFT BOOK DE-STASH' is part of my 'CLUTTER CHAOS' long term plan to de-stash and markedly reduce my craft related stash hoard.
Starting with the bookshelves, I am de-stashing art and craft related titles collected over many years from the 1970's to present day 2025, with a few 'vintage' titles from 1930's. I will allow myself to retain my cherished titles. Some of the books are now out of print and not easy to find copies. The titles cover many and varied genre, contemporary and traditional handicrafts including the following categories:
- tapestry, needlepoint, canvas work
- tassel making, weaving, rug making and reference, yarn crafts
- embroidery - hand and machine, smocking, embroidery stitches and techniques
- history of embroidery, textiles, fabrics
- patchwork and quilting, fabric crafts, creative crafts and handicrafts
- mixed media, journals, paper crafts, handmade papermaking, origami, calligraphy
- mosaics, glass beads, jewellery making
- interior design inspiration, making soft furnishings
- dressmaking, sewing accessories and decorative items, toy and doll making, 'art' dolls
- design inspiration Celtic, Medieval, creative ideas from around the world
- art appreciation, instruction and techniques in acrylics, oil, watercolour and more
- flower arranging, floristry, floral art
- used back copies of Craft related magazines, Quilts, Paper Crafts, Craft & Design
- vintage titles of historical research interest to weavers, dress makers and embroiderers
There is only ONE of each, and when IT'S GONE, IT'S GONE!
